Acer Vacation Rentals Ltd. Reservation Policy

Attached are the rental agreement documents for your trip.

By booking a reservation with Acer Vacation Rentals Ltd. you have agreed to the following terms and conditions:


2. This is a NON SMOKING unit. Smoking is NOT ALLOWED anywhere in the unit or on the balcony. In addition, smoking is not allowed at any Common Property at Greystone Lodge or any other property under our management including pool decks, balconies, underground parking, or near building entrances.  This policy includes the use of e-cigarettes, vape products, marijuana, or any other type of smokable product.  Smoking products are not allowed in the garbage within the unit.

3. PETS – Pets are not permitted in rental units and will result in eviction.

4. DAMAGE DEPOSIT – Acer Vacation Rentals Ltd. retains the right to apply up to $1000 CDN against your credit card for any damages incurred. No charges will occur provided the following provisions are met.

a. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b. No charges are incurred due to contraband or pets. Pets are NOT allowed.
c. Check Out Duties: All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in refuse locations at the building and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher.  The kitchen must be clean.
d. All keys are left in the property and property is left locked.
e. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
f. No linens are lost or damaged. No towels are missing or damaged.
g. The unit is kept in satisfactory clean and sanitary condition during the rental period by the renter.
h. The renter does not use the unit or allow the unit to be used for any illegal, unlawful or business purposes.
i. The renter has not breached any municipal, strata or other bylaws or rules and regulations in respect of the unit, and does not cause any loud conversations, music, television or other irritating noise to disturb peaceful enjoyment of any other residents of other units in the building or neighbourhood at any time. Quiet time is 10pm – 8am.  Excessive noise may result in eviction with a $500 penalty.
j. NO Early check-in or late check out.
k. Bikes and Skis are not allowed in rooms.  There is bike storage and ski storage in the building.  Damage from skis and bikes will be charged to damage deposits.

In the event the foregoing provisions are not met, costs to rectify are applied from the deposit, and in the event of early check in or late check out, the deposit at the option of the Acer Vacation Rentals Ltd. will be forfeited.

5 . PAYMENT – 25% is due upon booking.

The balance of your stay is due in full 45 days prior to arrival.  Payments can be made in the form of Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Wire Transfers payable to Acer Vacation Rentals Ltd.


Cancellation Policy:

Deposits are NOT REFUNDABLE.  We suggest travel insurance.

7. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number of occupants per unit is determined by the unit bed configuration and is unit specific, however, the following applies:

  • 1 bedroom Standard Occupancy is a maximum of 5 occupants
  • 2 bedroom Standard Occupancy is limited to 6 occupants with a maximum of 8 occupants
  • 3 bedroom / 2 bedroom plus loft Standard Occupancy is a maximum of 8 occupants
  • 4 bedroom Standard Occupancy is limited to 8 occupants with a maximum of 9 occupants

Exceeding the stated number of Adult occupants without informing Acer Vacation Rentals Ltd. in advance may result in immediate eviction from the property and forfeiture of any payments.

8. MINIMUM AGE – Minimum age is 25. The owner of the credit card used for the reservation must be over the age of 25. If the minimum age is not met the reservation will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.

9. INCLUSIVE FEES – Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate.

10. HOUSEKEEPING SCHEDULE – NO DAILY MAID SERVICE – Bed linens and bath towels are included in the unit rent, however, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Additional housekeeping may be available at additional cost upon request. Pool towels are provided. King Split bed configuration changes, where possible, are charged at $150 + tax per bed.  

11. RATE CHANGES – Posted rates subject to change without notice.

12. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.

13. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.

14. PARKING – Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only and may be subject to parking fees where applicable.  Parking on the road is not permitted.  Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees and is the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. VERY LIMITED over height parking is available on a first come first serve basis.

15. STORM POLICY/ROAD CONDITIONS – No refunds will be given for storms. Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. Roads are well maintained, however we highly recommend four wheel drive and/or chains during the snow months. There are no refunds due to road conditions. In the Winter, your vehicle must have snow tires to legally travel Highway 99.

16. INJURY/ILLNESS/DAMAGES ETC The Property Owner and Acer Vacation Rentals Ltd. are not responsible for any illness, accidents, damages, death, theft, costs or injury that occurs while in the property or the building area and its facilities. The Property Owner and Acer Vacation Rentals Ltd. are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the renter. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all renter(s) and others whom they invite to the unit and/or building area and its facilities are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the unit and building and facilities, and the renter(s) releases the Property Owner and Acer Vacation Rentals Ltd. from any claims, loss, damages, and indemnifies and saves them each harmless from and against all claims, damages, actions or expenses suffered by or occurring to the Property Owner and/or Acer Vacation Rentals Ltd. in connection with the foregoing.

17. TERMINATION – Failure by the Guest to meet the payment terms and schedule may result in termination of the reservation and forfeiture of deposits. Failure to adhere to items within this policy may result in eviction at the discretion of Acer Vacation Rentals Ltd. In such cases all deposits and payments by the Guest are forfeited.

18. ROOM MOVES – On very rare occasions it may be necessary for Acer Vacation Rentals Ltd. to move a reservation to another unit.  If such a case occurs Acer Vacation Rentals Ltd. reserves the right to move any reservation to a comparable or upgraded unit at our discretion.

Greystone Lodge Wonderful stay for our family. Quiet, well equiped good size unit. Great location, walk to restaurants. Would stay here again. Acer vacation rentals were lovely to rent from - very thoughtful and helpful.

Greystone Lodge, ski-out! Highly recommended. A comfortable place just like home! Huge rooms and loft for kids to play and fully kitchen equipments are provided that we don’t even have to bring anything for this trip. A spacious Swimming pool and hot tube are nice and clean with building manager who always around to check the here abs checking
Exactly what we needed! We stayed two nights at the Greystone to get a final day in the bike park with the whole family. The location on Blackcomb was great - easy walk to the main village and a stone's throw from the Blackcomb base restaurants etc. The accommodation was clean and the covid precautions seemed well signed. We felt very comfortable. Felt like a good 'ol Whistler ski condo and looked well cared for with new appliances and a well equipped kitchen. Kids loved the loft sleeping area. We'd certainly stay here again!
Gorgeous and cosy Whistler/Blackcombe apartment This immaculate and modern apartment was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. It is within very easy and beautiful walking access to all of the Whistler shops and restaurants but very private and quiet just up from the Blackcombe Gondola. The ski in and out access was heaven and Kristy and Clint looked after us wonderfully and made us feel right at home. We can‘t wait to go back!

Pantry pretty full of basics which is very convenient. Suggest the kitchen be updated with sharp knives (especially bread) and tongs

Clean, updated, great location We loved our stay here. Our unit was spacious, clean, comfortable and homey. Super easy access to Blackcomb mountain and there's a nearby bus stop (a quick walk) to get into the village. Definitely recommend!
Fantastic Condo in Blackcomb My family and I had a great 10 days at Greystone Lodge and I would thoroughly recommend this complex if you are planning on visiting Whistler. We had a two bedroom apartment and it was very spacious, well appointed (very comfortable beds, ample and comfortable furniture) clean and with excellent amenities. It has a great ski-in ski-out location, less than 5 minutes from your door to the Blackcomb Gondola or the free shuttle stop is just 2-3 minutes walk from the complex. The hot tubs (one indoor and one outdoor) and outdoor pool are very welcome after a day on the slopes and the whole place is very well maintained. The cherry on the cake though are Clint and Kristy, who manage the complex - they are extremely helpful, flexible and always available. They also go above and beyond - our daughter lost her cuddly toy in the laundry and both Clint and Kristy could not have been more helpful in locating it and arranging for us to pick it up on our way through Squamish. Service well above and beyond expectations. We will certainly be back.
Life is not a Dress Rehersal; When it is this Good, You Owe it to Yourself, to DO IT! This review is backed with many years of experience; confirmed via many return visits. We hail from the land of "Down Under", and without doubt Whistler Blackcomb is always able to present skiing excellence. The previous year, we had 2 metre of snow in advance of our visit, this year, not so, but as always, snow was delivered throughout our stay, and we departed with the base in excess of 2 metres. Skiing throughout our visit could only be regarded as excellent. Well that takes care of the snow field. Now to the accommodation; Greystone has been our home away from home for many years. There is a good reason why we return to Greystone, on one hand summed up by "if it ain't broken, don't fix it", however we can go one better and endorse the superb management of the front desk by Clint and Kristy; nothing is too much trouble, backed with excellent knowledge of facilities within the village. Now to location, ski in, ski out, 1 minute walk to the village bus [runs every 15 minutes or so], or 10 minutes stroll to the village. Greystone is located away from the noise of the village, but still close enough not to be inconvenient. The village; has everything from an excellent suite of restaurants [of all standards], supermarkets for the budget conscious who wish to make use of the excellent facilities in the Greystone condo's, together with shops offering the latest in ski gear and clothing. All in all, a hard combination to bat.
Greystone Lodge Unit 109 Very nice newly renovated 2 bedroom condo. Family friendly, well run establishment. Ski room and hot tub were very conveniently located and ski in, ski our location was great. The Goyettes are very responsive. Highly recommended.
